Did you save replay the whole match? You can just simply watch your replay to make sure if he maphacks or not. (Make sure to watch with fog on)
By the way, It's probably me being an idiot but how does that conversation leads to maphack?

Well when i asked him about it he dodged the question( please note the interval between his reply and just's question was five seconds ) . Also i never mentioned he did maphack , all i said was he uses third party programs. But i am unsure if he does maphack

If u are able to see conversations in other people's Ally chat that too in a way is maphack
